100% in Love - ROP DT

Okay, so tomorrow for so many of you it's the Feast of Love.. which for me is everyday :)

Everyday is filled with persons whom to love, and from whom I recieve Love.. so I sort of make an effort to frequently remind myself to appreciate that. More than that, the Love God has for me.. that IS a reason to celebrate everyday, and I feel so little near His Greatness!

Well, enough talk.. (but do think about it).. I have this card to share with you today. I loved Sketch Saturday's sketch and I know this card can be fitted into lots of the current challenges, as mostly have the theme of "Love".

I coloured this Tilda from last year with Distress Inks, it's been a while since I used them for colouring (even though I used them in most of my cards to distress).

As for paper, I used Basic Grey Bittersweet paper pack. I never get over it's rich reds, pinks and browns.

To embellish I used some rhinestones and flowers. I like how the embossed circle tied everything together. I kept it white to balance the rich colous and pattern of the DP. Finally I used Candy Cane Stickles for some extra romantic feel and shine.

As for the inside I cut circles with my nesties, and stamped the "sweetheart" sentiment four times around the circle. Then I also added some rhinestones like the front. The brad on the ribbon knot is also Basic Grey. All sentiments are from Studio G clear stamps. I hope you like it.. and that you'll let me know if you do. I wish you all a Happy Valentine's Day, and please.. don't limit your showing you care and love the persons in your life to one day a year.. you might not be able to do it next time. As for me.. I send you my love from here. Big hugs to you xx
