I hope you are having a good week, at this Holy time of the year. We all find time for whatever we consider important in our lives, I do hope that caring for your soul is more important than anyting else that we find time for.
I want to start by wishing you all a Blessed Easter with your loved ones.
Right... on today's card.
To be honest with you, I tried to colour some of the more recent digital stamps of Mo, but my Copics were not behaving well, and I had to bin four images until this one worked. Some days!!! I re-filled some Copics for the first time, and I think I filled them too much, so sometimes they make a blob of ink, and ruin my image. Practise will make it perfect, hopefully! :)
I love Valentine Shy Nessa, her cute grin and lovely tilted head is too cute to resist. And I love using it not only for Valentine's, but again this time I used it for a Mother's Day card. I have quite a demand for these. What mum can resist a look like that on a child's face?! :) I know how kids looove using this kind of look and smile whenever they need something from us!! Do you?? :)
For those who want this cute digi image, you can find her, together with other three lovely Valentine kids here. I just loooove Mo's images, they are so detalied and cute. She is one amazing artist!!!
I hope you like it. I based my card on Flutter by's challenge of Blue, Green and white. I will also enter this card for Stampin' for the Weekend challenge of Ribbon and Bows, Friday Sketchers for the sketch used, Simon Says Challenge: Distressing (I distressed the blue papers with Faded Jeans Distress ink, and the flower on the inside with the same ink). Last challenge is Colour Create challenge, with our choice of pastels.
Papers are from my stash, I don't know the name, sorry, as it was sent to me by a friend. It's a gorgeous one as it had "Happy Mother's Day" repeated on it.
Flwers and dewdrops from Roses on Paper. Vintage button and butterfly charm from my stash.
Again, I wish you a Blessed Easter, and I hope you come and visit me often, and let me know what you think of my creations. Your comments make me so happy, I treasure a lot the firendships I have made through my Blog, and I can tell you that I carry you all in my heart though my prayer time.
Copics I used for my creation.
Thanks for looking
Blessings
