Joy in my Heart- Mo DT

Haooy Wednesday my friends!

I hope you are doing well in your life, and I hope you are taking the time to spread out and make some good. It brings you Joy that one can't explain.

Speaking of joy... last week in our Congregation we had a Religious Profession. Our novice, Abigail , made her first Holy Vows to God. You should have seen her wonderful joy, and big big grin! I wanted to share with you the card I gave her. I could not refrain from using this lovely image from Mo's wonderful Store: Joy
You can use it for any joyful occasion. I simply love it!

I coupled it with some soft coloured paper, Papermania did the trick :) Abi loves pink, so I HAD to put pink in it in some way! :)I left it quite simple, so that the image will be the centre of attantion.
I will enter it for the My Time to Craft Challenge, as they want to see something Simple and Cute. I think it qualifies, no?

This is the inside view. I printed a couple of messages, and added a background with swirls; which I touched with Stardust Stickles.

I hope you like it.

The winner of my BnW Blog Hop of last week is Renkata. Please e mail me dear, so that I will forward your details to Summer.

Have a wonderful week my friends!

Mo's Digital Pencil POTM- Dream Team's One Year Birthday

Happy Thursday my dear friends

I hope you are all doing great, and that you are having a wonderful week. Today we are happy to announce that it's the First Birthday of the Dream Team :) and we are celebrating with this wonderful Blog Hop, in which you can all join!

This month's hostess is Kerttu, and the theme is Frogs and snails and puppy- dogs tails, that's what little boys are made of.. So if you just happen to be here and you want to start the hop from the beginning, head on to her Blog.

Basically our theme this month is to make a Boy's card, using one of the many fantabulous images from Mo's Lovely yummy Store.

For today's card I used Buds. I just love colouring this digi stamp... too cute!!!

I twinned it with Basic Grey Cappella paper, and some simple embellishments. Boy's cards are not my forte, but I like the result! Sentiment is also a digi stamp, from Paulette. The stars on the right are punch out, using Woodware star punch. Then I filled the blue mattig with Baby Blue Stickles, for some interest and shine. Ribbon, star brads, buttons and other sentiments, from my stash.

I hope we inspire you to use Mo's images together with the Boy's theme, and if you link your card on the Dream Team Blog, using the Inlinkz provided there, you will be joining us in our Huge Hop :)

I hope you let me know what you think of my card. Well you should have come from the wonderful Mina's Blog, and after you finish here, you can continue hopping to Arielle's fantastic Blog. I'm sure you're finding a lot of inspiration along the way.

Thank you for spending some time here, and for any comment you may leave. I am always happy to read what you think of my creations. May God bless you, and hope you join us in this wonderful celebration.

Smiles!!

Pammy's Celebrating Christmas- Mo DT

Hiya all!

I am glad you passed by today, as I have something cute to share with you. As you can see from the title, I have made a Christmas card.. and should do lots more, since it's only twelve weeks before Christmas! Eek!

Today I have used for the very first time, Pammy Stockings, from out lovely Mo's Store. I used the version that comes ready coloured, and I tell you, it's lush when you have to make a quickie card.

If you'd like to buy it, you can find it here

If you like her, but prefer to colour her yourself in whatever way you'd like, there is the usual B/W version, which you can find here

I used some lovely glittery paper with her, I can't remember which ones are these, from last year's. I think they are My Mind's Eye.. not sure. All the embellies are from my stash, the Christmas lights I bought them this week from our local craft shop. It has been quite some time since I had done an easel card, so I had tons of fun!

Challenge for this card: Papertake Weekly, as I used their lovely sketch

Have a marvellous week!

Mo's Digital Pencil POTM- Blog hop

Hi, thank you for swinging by today, I am happy to have you drop on my Blog. It is already the third Thursday of the month, so it is time for another fantastic Hop showcasing Mo's Digital Pencil's lovely images.

Today Lori is our lovely Host, and she chose Clean and Simple as our Hop theme.

Well, if you just dropped here, and you don't want to miss the fun, you might better start off with Lori's Blog. But if you came here from Elaine's Blog, then you are right on track.

For my card today (which was VERY challenging for me to keep it clean and simple!), I used the lovely Prince Edward Island image; Anne of Green Gables with her carpet bag. Isn't she cute?? :)

I coloured her with Copics, and I only added a piece of organza ribbon and some bling in the corners. I tell you.. it was hard to keep it simple, but I like the effect. I hope you join in the fun and let me know what you think of my Anne of Green Gables.

The heart that is dangling from the ribbon was silver in colour and had lots of glitter. But the top part had a rust sort of colour, so I decided to colour it with an orange Copic colour, to coordinate with the card and at the same time cover the rusty colour. It worked brilliantly, and it looks lovely.

Well, if you like this image (seriously, who wouldn't?!) you can instantly purchase it here.
And from here, please head back to Lori so that you can finish our lovely Hop. Have a lovely day, and I hope to have you back here soon.

Smiles and hugs

Rosette

I used Basic Grey paper for this: Green at Heart line.

Mo's DT Blog Hop of the Month

Hello my dearest friends. I do so hope that you are having a whooping time, and that the fact that you are here means that you are doing well.

I am having a very busy week, crammed with meetings, so I hope that you forgive me for being away for a couple of days more. But thank goodness I made this card last week, otherwise I would have been late for sure!

It is the third Thursday of the month, so another Blog hop for Mo's Dream Team, using her awesome images. This month it is my turn to host the Blog hop, and I challenged the wonderful Dream team to use:

Nesties/ Dies/ Punches

in their creations. If you started the Blog Hop here, you are definitely right on track. BUT make time to hop and see the wonderful creations that my DT buddies have prepared for you.

This is what I came up with. I wanted to use this cute and darling angel for this card, and teamed it up with Capella paper from Basic Grey. It is always so difficult to cut into such lovely paper, but I could do it for this special, gorgeous angel. As you may see, I used various dies and nesties for my card. Let us see if you get inspired by this!

You can purchase this digital stamp in Mo's store, just by clicking here.

Now off you hop to Lori's Blog, and you will be surely happy with what she has prepared for you. BUT before you leave, leave me a comment, telling me what do you think of my angel, and I'm sure she will smile more :)

Have a lovely rest of the week! Smiles!

Mo's Digital Pencil POTM Blog Hop

Hello my Blogging Friends

I want to thank you for swinging by my Blog today, and hoping that you're having a lovely week. It is the third Thursday of the month, and that means that it is time for another Inspiration Blog Hop, done by Mo's Dream Team. I hope this one ispires you to use Mo's wonderful artwork to make lovely creations that will be perfect keepsakes for your family and friends.

.
Today our Hop is hosted by Elaine, and she chose the theme Fairytale.
Now if you came here from Elaine's Blog, you are right on track, but you just happened to be here, and you don't want to miss some fun, better start from her blog

Being as complicated as I am, I did not want to go for the obvious, and I couldn't decide what to use! :) Mo has so much fun and lovely images!!

The first thing I decided was which Fairytale I wanted to work on; and the choice was Cinderella.
Mo has a gorgeous Cinderella image, and even the Stepsisters.. they are fun!

BUT I was imagining the Stepsisters' reaction, just after they found out that the girl whose foot was the right one for the too inportant glass shoe was.. Cinderella!

Sooo.. I decided to use Diva for that! Isn't she funny... pouting and telling Cinderella (behind her back after she was taken by the Prince).. "when I grow BIG I'll get EVEN" lol Sentiment is by TLC . She is still with her ball costume.. too funny!!!

How angry she was!!! :)

This is the detailed image (which I bathed in Stickles) lol, and you can find it in Mo's Store here.

Papers are Eva Basic Grey, and the purple flowers are punched outs, given the Pearl Glimmer Mist treatment, and disdtressed with Dusty Concord Distress ink. The leaves are cut handfree, and I distressed with Forest Moss.

To colour this image with Copics I used the following numbers:

W 00, 1, 3, 5
E 000, 00, 13, 21, 31, 25, 35, 47, 57, 95
V 0000, 000, 04, 06, 12
G 0000, 20, 21
Y 23
N 0, 2, 4, 6

Challenges for this card: Sketch Saturday: Sketch used

Stampavie and more: Anything goes

Now after you let me know you've been here, and let me know what you think of my Cinder's stepsister, you head off to Lori's Blog for more fun and inspiration. I hop you enjoy yourself as much as we enjoyed making up our Fairytales, and don't forget to visit Mo's lovely Store to get your favourite images!

Have a marvellous rest of the week!

Mo's Digital Pencil DT Blog Hop- A Tribute to Ginger

Happy Sunday to you all!

Thank you for swinging by today, for coming here to spend some time with me. Another week has gone by, my how time flies! I have already been a week in my new home, and thank God I am settling down very well. This is a temporary move, I will have to move for to a more permanent Home around November, but I have already taken a lot of my things there, so it won't be too much of a hassle like this one.

Today, we, Mo's Dream Team and Mo's challenge Blog theme are celebrating Ginger. Ginger is a very darling woman, with a lovely smile that says it all, and she has her Birthday today. Who is Ginger? you ask.

Ginger is Mo's GREATEST fan.. because she is her dear mum!

Yes, Mo's mum has her Birthday today... HAPPY BIRTHDAY Ginger dear! We are celebrating YOU today, hoping that this lovely surprise will make you very happy. We decided to send Ginger a Birthday card each, obviously including an image from Mo's wide variety.

If you happened to stumble on my Blog, and would like to see all the cards in the proper Blog Hop order, you can go to Jak's Blog. If you came here from there, than you are right on track. Keep reading :)

And for Ginger I chose the Happy Nuns image. The real name of this image is : Joy. Not only because I am a Nun myself, and a Happy Nun at that, but Ginger herself had requested this image from Mo, so I know she likes it for sure ;)

I used some lovely Glittered DCWV (if I'm not mistaken) papers for this special occasion, and IRL the card looks magnificent. I was happy with the mixture of colours and layout. I hope Ginger thinks the same as well, because it is more important that she likes it, as it is done for her :) lol

I wanted to keep it simple, so that the image takes the focal point of the card, but I could not resist to give her a generous flower tratment, also knowing that the recipient of this card is a beauty herself! :)

I used my doily lace punch for a side punched border, and dewdrops and pearls as embellies. For the inside I used the same colours, and I stamped a Stempelglede corner stamp for some grunge look. I used Pine Needles Distress ink with the stamp, and IRL it matched the papers perfectly. The photo's colours makes it look stronger that it actually is.

Now off you hop to Debbie's blog, and I'm sure there is a wonderful creation waiting for you. I am also going to hop myself today, I am sure I will see wonderful creations along the way. Thank you again for coming over, and I appreciate every comment you may leave.

If you get lost along the way , here is the Blog Hop order:

Jak

Rosette (that's me!)

Debbie

Liza

Cheryl

Elaine

Peri

Lori

Shell

Mina

The Copics I used for my image are these:

Skin Colours: E 000, 00, 11, 21
Clothes colours: N0, 2, 4, 6, 8

Challenges for this card:

Stampavie and More: Sparkling

Big Hugs Ginger, and I really hope you liked the Surprise, and that you will have a wonderful Birthay! Huggies and Blessings coming your way!

Mo's digital Pencil DT - Take a Nap!

How are you, my Blogging Friend?

I hope that each one of you is having a wonderful time with this change of weather. At least here we had some lovely cool evenings, and it makes me feel so much better instead of all that heat.

I am in the middle of a move right now, tomorrow Saturday I will be moving to one of our other Homes, so I am busy with taking my things and leaving everything in the flat I used to take care of as smooth as can be. Heartache time!! Leaving the kids you cared for, for six years on a 24/7 basis is no easy job! Phew ... I am praying it will be over soon!

Between all of this, in the evenings, I managed to finish a card with Best Buds, one lovely image from Mo's digital Pencil. I just loved working with this cutie. I printed it in quite a large format, because I wanted the image to be the focal point of my card. In fact I didn't add my usual loads of embellies.

I coloured my image with Copics, and added some Basic Grey buttons, a piece of lace, some Basic Grey Rhinestones and a TLC sentiment, which you can snag here, with loads of other lovely sentiments. The gorgeous papers I used this time are from Basic Grey's Origins line. All these Basic Grey lovely stuff can be purchased from Summer's Store: Roses on Paper.

Challenges for this card: Simon Says: Friends
Papertake Weekly: Sketch
Kah- Wink a dink: Make Something
Penny's Challenges: Something with a Dog

I am also playing with our wonderful Challenge Team at Mo's Challenge Blog. The wonderful Sheila gave us an open theme this week: Anything goes.. so here I come!! :) I was already working on this image earlier this week, so I was glad I could play!Do join us in this fun challenge by playing with ANY of Mo's fantastic images.

The papers I used were a gift, so I'm sorry I don't know what they are .I REALLY loved them though, they coordinate perfectly, and te dotted is glittered, so the were perfect for this project.

As you can see I also added vellum glitteed flowers... lovely touch in my opinion.

Mo's Digital Pencil POTH Hop

Hello my sweet friends!

I do hope that you are having a wnderful, productive but peaceful week. I want to welcome you the our monthly Mo's Digital Pencil Project of The Month Blog hop. This month it is Mina's turn to host the challenge to Mo's Dream Team, and she asked us to include Flowers.

If you came here from Elaine's Blog, you are on the right track. But if you just landed here, you might want to start this fun hop from the first stop, which is Mina's Blog.

I have flowers on the image, roses on the main outside panel, and lots of flowers on the inside, so I am toad-ally covered! lol

I was dying to colour this cute image; that is called My Friend.
This is one of the hundreds of lovely digital images that Mo has in her Store here, and you can purchse this lovely image that I used here.

Now this is what we call instant gratification. As soon as you purchase this image, it will arrive in your e-mailbox, no waiting for Mr.Postie to get it to you!!

Isn't it cute?

I used Sultry Basic Grey papers for this card, and I coloured the image with Copics. I based my card on this week's Mojo Monday's sketch, and to substitute the button, I found this cute dog paw charm that the kids had given some weeks ago :) Everything that gets torn, or found lying around, and is good for my cards.. they give it to me!! How darling are they!!

Roses are Prima, and the other embellishments are from my stah. The word Friends is done by using alphabet rub on letters, from Royal & Langnickel.

For the inside I used a lot of punched flowers, dewdrops, and a Friendship transparent sticker, which I mounted and matted to coordinate with the card's colour scheme. I hope you like it, and you let me know what you think of my sweet doggy.. and the little girl peeping from under the gate :)

Now off you hop to Lori's Blog. I am sure that there is a wonderful creation waiting for you to see. That girl has talent!!! :)

Hugs, and I hope you'll come back and visit me often. I wish you a lovely day/ night, and I hope you are having a magnificent Spring.

Challenges for this card: Mojo Monday: sketch

Presenting you...

Finally....
without further ado...

Little Rapunzel!!!

Isn't she cute, as I had told you yesterday?! Oh Elisabeth has really outdid herself again, and that cute look won my heart straightaway! And from the comments you left me yesterday on our Belles 'nd Whisltes Blog, it seems that she won YOU over as well!

You can purchase this cutie patootie here

I had so much fun colouring her, she is a darling! And can be use for lots and lots of ideas, gift ideas, and cards for all occasions.
I used Basic Grey Cupcake papers, and matted with red cardstock. The cute ribbon was given to me by our lovely Jacque, and I aded light brown pearls on each centre. On the digi image, Rapunzel was holding a samll flower, but I chose to add dimension to her by sticking a paper flower, which was originally white.I wanted it to stand out a little bit more, so I Glimmer misted it with Haunted Shadow.
The sentiment is a rub on.

The sketch I used is from Sketch and Stash Challenge. New stash is the image and embossing folder :)

Have a lovely day, and good luck for the DT call. It was sooo difficult choosing, but for those who won't make it this time, you will have other lovely chances with BnW DT, it won't be our last! :)

Summer will be back with the definite names soon!! She's naughty, keeping you all in suspense!!! :)

Hugs, and happy weekend!!

Thanks for visiting me! :)

Mo's Digital Pencil DT - and Mo's Dream Team GDT post

Okay, this is my second post of the morning, and both my posts talk about Design Teams. If you are interested to apply for a Belles 'nd Whistles DT post, read the post below this one.

If you want to try your luck for a month Guest position in Mo's Dream Team, read on :)

Today I am showcasing another fabulous image from Mo : Sleepy Sage.

This is the image I am talking about, whch you can purchase as a digi image HERE.

When I come to colour Mo's image, I just take half an hour to decide which image I'll colour. I love them all! :)

For this card I used Basic Grey's Sultry papers. I love the colour combinations of this paper pack, and I had already decided in my mind on a pink and brown combo for this one :)

I coloured this cutie pie in Copics, and the sentiment is another gorgeous one from Paulette. The best thing is that this is one of her tons of freebies!! I am a bit limited of sentiment stamps to match certain type of images, but Paulette has solved my problem !! :) I love this one as it says: 100 % Huggable, isn't that cute and perfect for this image?! Sage finds her teddy so comfy, and like most of my kids, and probably yours, when she is sleepy, she looks for her furry friend.

Flowers, pearls, vintage button and organza ribbon form my stash. Papers used and BG brad can be purchased from Roses on Paper

I hope you like it, and don't forget to check out the Guest Desagin Team call. The post about the GDT call can be found here. The competition ends on the 25th of May.

Mo's Digital Pencil DT meets 4 challenges

Happy Saturday to all!

I hope you are having a wonderful weekend, and that you find some time to make something you like to do. Thank God I had a busy but lovely week, and today I would like to share a card that I have finished for Mo's DT. She is another cutie baby fairy, and therefore I would like to introduce you to Baby Fairy Flora.

Isn't she gorgeous?

I teamed her up with a couple of papers I had for some time, and I created a monochromatic card with her. I like how she turned out :)

After colouring her and matting, I created a printed/ inked embossed paper with an embossing folder that my lovely friend Sheila sent me. Isn't it cool? Then I aded dewdrops, some organza ribbon and a charm, a Basic Grey brad, spacer and some gorgeous flowers. Finally I also added an embroidered flower, of which centre is another BG brad. I like how it turned out :) I used Flower Fantasy embossing folder and atlantic blue Versacolor ink.

Flora was coloured by Copics, and washed with Stickles :) I covered her dress instead of the usual wings. Now she is so sparkly, even the flower she is smelling.. it sparkles as well :)

Magnolia and Prima flowers, Stickles, dewdrops and BG square rhinestones I used on the inside, can be found at Roses on Paper Online Store.

The gorgeous Baby Flora digital image can be puchased on Mo's digital Pencil Store: HERE

My blossoms... after receiving Glimmer mist treatment :)

Flora is participating in four challenges:

Cute Card Thursday: sketch
