Have you heard the exciting news? Summer has done it again!! :) A new store, Belles 'n Whistles, will be opening in July! What is Belles 'n Whistles you ask? Now if the cute, CUTE logo isn't enough of an indication as to what this new outlet has instore, I don't know what is! Belles 'n Whistles is where you'll soon find some of the world's cutest rubber stamps, illustrated by the much loved and extremely talented artist, Elisabeth Bell! Summer feels extremely fortunate to have been allowed the opportunity to work with such great talent and to be able to bring such sweet rubber stamps to the stamping world, stamps such as those that so many have come to love and adore: The Willow & Oakley and Guardian Angel Collections (Whiff of Joy; Switzerland) and the ever popular Honey & Pip (Sugar Nellies; Scotland). Obviously I am VERY happy and honored to be part of this team that will present you these fantastic babes!! :)
The exclusive stamp line designed by Elisabeth for Belles 'n Whistles promises to be some of the most adorable stamps ever...they will certainly be "stamps that tickle the heartstrings!" You'll want to stay tuned for a sneak-peek or two, sometime soon!
So pass the word, tell all your friends, grab my Belles 'n Whistles logo and cute-ify your blog!

Now... as I promised you I have another card to share with you today. It is a different style from yesterdays, actually featuring one of my favourite stamps.. the Gorjuss Beauty. I loved these first Gorjuss stamps so much! I don't have the second set, but I'm so happy that I own these babes! Thanks Sugar Nellie for releasing them.
I made this card for the Sugar Bowl challenge, a gorgeous sketch by talented Kathy. I have used different types of paper for this one, giving it a "muted" and shabby look. I helped this also by going around the image with the sewing machine for more than once.
The DP I used are Laura Ashley (the striped ones), HOTP Earth Palette's Cardmakers pack (the dotted one) and Papermania Nostalgia Warm (the Tattered rosed piece of paper). I added pearls, as requested, a Basic Grey brad, die cut flourish, dewdrops and some rub ons for sentiment.
As you can see I also paper-pieced her dress (the part beneath her bow :) I kinda like her! ;) Do you? I would like to hear from you what you think about this babe.. and about Summer's coming new release as well! :)
Big hugs my dearest friend :)

Thanks for looking
