Cupcake Craft Challenge 11- Inspiration!

This is the new theme at CCC Blog this week, and for this week our talented Jilly chose this piture for our inspiration. You can choose to do anything you like, using whatever you want from the picture..
"You can interprate the inspirational picture in any way you wish as it is there just for inspiration. Maybe you just want to use the colours or maybe the design or something totally off the wall it's your choice." Well, go over and have a look, and have a go yourself. We'd love to see your creation again for this week's theme.

Okay, here is a start of a new week.. get ready for quite a long post!! Have some things to tell you :)

Well in this week's DT entry : I chose to make a card based on three main colours in this picture : pink, blue and yellow. I had a shiny, glittery paper that was sent to me in a BRAK and I decided that it fitted what I was looking for. I also decided that it was time to use again one of the Magnolia images that was sent to me .I was noticing that I had only a few left now, so wasn't using them very often - lol! But now I know that I have some travelling over the seas and oceans to me.. so I can afford to use some more!! :o)

First I cut and sponged with pink ink a large scalloped circle, and when that was over and done with, I pencil- coloured Tilda, cut around it and mounted it in the middle of the scalloped shape. I glued the main DP on white cardstock with double-sided tape and after that layered a piece of pink chequed DP in the bottom left hand corner. Then I embellished with a piece of white lace, just to give it some elegant touch. After that, I mounted the large lace flower and the small pink ones and when that was ready, I decorated the showing piece of scallop with pink gems.

Next step was that I made my first hand-made (or rather computer made) ticket!! And this thanks to the perfect tutorial presented by my lovely friend Catherine on her Blog. My friend Catherine ... God bless you, you rock!! I really loved that tutorial, and she even went to the trouble of putting translations for me when I told her I couldn't understand it!! I can tell you that it won't be my last! :)
Go and check it out, you'll find it here!

You like it??

By the way, mentioning Catherine, I'm remembering that she tagged me, so here it comes:

I like: Playing with stash
Watching an intruiging movie (like Alias for example)
Reading
Meeting my friends
Having a good sleep
Growing Plants
Meeting again the kids I raised up

What I don't like:
Proud and/or false people who pretend they're your friends but cheat on you
Loud music
Going out for a whole day
Washing the van :)hehe it takes me quite some hours
Getting on my blog and knowing that 50 people had been here not leaving a comment :)

Favourite Food/ Drink:
Pizza
Chinese Food
Coffee
Dark Chocolate ( Swedish and Belgian choc comes after that!) I know.. I have a good taste hon!!! :)
Fish based food

I'll se later whom I am going to tag!!

Last but not least... I WON BEV'S BLOG CANDY yesterday, celebrating the new Magnolia vs Stampavie challenge Blog. whoohoo!! I was so happy ! It seems like a Christmas-came-early kind of feeling when I win or receive crafty stash! I know you know the feeling! :) There are some lovely offers around girls (and boys!!) Check my Blog candy list on my sidebar and try your luck! Even though.. if I could, I'd go and leave only my name on the comment posts!! lol joking!

Take care, and hope to hear from you. May you have a lovely week, and peace and Blessings to you all! This week I want to write a post about something very serious and worrying, that is happening, and is a threat to our kids. Please be sure to be on the lookout for this post, and do come and read it! I'm asking for the love of your own children. God bless!
