Belles 'nd Whistles DT - New Challenge and some LOVELY news

Good morning, and Happy Monday all!!

How was your week, mine was pretty busy at the moment, as right now I am packing my things to get ready for a move. In fact before the end of this month I will be moving to another location, so I am trying to work some DT cards ahead, as I will have a few days will all my craft things packed up.

Today it's Belles 'nd Whistles challenge day, again. As you know, now we have started going with weekly challenges at Belles'nd Whistles. All the DT were split into two groups to make it easier for us to participate at least every fortnight. I wish I have enough time to do a card for every week's challenge, but Summer time gets busier, and as I already told you, right now it is a very difficult task for me to do lots of cards in a week.

Todays' challenge was set by the most talented Lynda, and she chose the theme Buttons and Bows.

I used this gorgeous Beary Big Hugs stamp. It has gone Out of Stock, even in Clear rubber!! lol
This IS one of your favourite BnW stamps isn't it? But I'm sure that if you ask Summer for the stamp, she will restock it in the least time possible. I coloured her with Copics, and used Basic Grey paper. I think it's from the Sugared line, am not certain. Buttons are also Basic Grey.

The sketch I used was from last week's challenge at Sketch Saturday, so as you see I didn't get it on time there! BUT I loved the sketch, so I decided to use it anyway.

Flowers are from Prima, the spacer and organza ribbon from stash. Also the heart rhinestones, they've ben lying around in my embellishment box for months.

Brad is from Basic Grey. All papers, brad, and Prima flowers can be purchased from Roses on Paper; as is also the Candy Cane Stickles I used to bling it.

Have a magnificent week. I hope you like your visit here. Will have to see if this fits in any challenges, will do so tonight. Meanwhile please leave a comment here, letting me know you've been here. I don't have word verification on, so it will only take you a minute to leave your mark.

I'm also looking forward to see your creations on our BnW blog.

BTW.. the lovely news! I was going to forget!!!! Oh my :)

We the Design Team of Belles 'nd Whisltes have an exciting week ahead of us... You'll want to be sure to be here on Wednesday June 16th.... A new release is coming, and along with that comes a fun filled Blog Hop! Mark your calendars, you won't want to miss it!

Gorgeous new designs from the one and only Elisabeth Bell.. and you'll find them just on our blogs. Keep coming back for more updates!!

Smiles and Blessings
