Sending You warm Wishes- BnW DT

Happy Monday everyone!!

I do hope you are braced for another busy week, and that you are geared up and happy to face anything that comes your way :)

I am here to share some lovely news with you, and to share a card as well.

Today we are starting our new BnW challenges on our regular blog. Yes, you were able to use your gorgeous BnW stamps on our fortnightly RoP challenge. Now in between that, we will be having our Belles 'nd Whistles ONLY challenges. This will happen on our regular DT posting blog. You have a lovely choice of stamps now to choose from, and Summer is already working to get you more new releases, but meanwhile let's ink our babies up , and show us your talent.

We are inviting you to post on your Blogs with a link to our challenge blog, AND to have all the fun stuff in one place, you are invited to upload your creation on our BnW Galleria, which you will find HERE. It is a thread that was put up for this particular challenge. Let's get moving!!

For our first challenge, so very talented Kathy wants us to include D.I.Y. flowers. You can create anything you want, but IT MUST HAVE a BnW image AND self made flowers. You can punch, cut, embroider etc.. but they have to be yours!! :)

Now go and check the challenge Summer uploaded on our Blog. You will see such gorgeous creations from our bigger and always more and more talented DT. You will get new ideas for your own flower making!

This is the flower I did myself, using the large retro flower punch, and a medium punch. I punched two flowers from a green left over DP, stamped Stempelglede grunge flower stamp with Peeled Paint Distress ink, gave them Pearl Glimmer mist treatment, and whilst there were moist, I curled the edges. Then I stamped two medium pink flowers, distressed the edges with Fired Brick Distress ink, and shaped them out as well.

When they were ready to go, I made a hole in the middle of each one using a sharp point, and arranged the flower. As you can see I kept it together with a BG brad and a spacer bead.
Brads and Distress inks from this card can be purchased form Roses on Paper (which happen to have a huge May Sale right now!!)

The round sentiment is from Stampin 'Up. Finally I embellished with some matching
brads, rhinestones, and some more roses and leaves, which I punched with a MS punch.

The image I used is WISHES, from the last spring/Summer release we had. She is a darling to colour. I made her dress shine using some ink from a pink glitter gel pen. I doodled with the pen on a piece of foil, and gathered the ink and glittter with an aqua brush. Lovely effect.

Challenges for this creation:

Everybody Art: Sketch used
Crafty Creations: Celebrations
Charizma Cards: 3D
C.R.A.F.T. challenge: Birthday Celebrations

Have a lovely day, and I hope you will join us in the fun! Have a safe and lovely week.

Copics used.

Thank you for visiting me tody. I appreciate so much the friendship and encouragment I get from your comments. Thank you again.

Also thank you to Renkata for this lovely award that you passed me on. I was really happy that you thought of me!! Thank you. I pass it on to all those who visit me so often and encourage me to create more lovely things to share and spread some sunshine in other people's herts.
