ROP/BNW Challenge 37 - A colour challenge

Happy Monday my dearest Blogging friends.

I hope you had a safe and fantastic weekend, and that you recharged your battery for the coming week. With the help of my loving God, I am more than ready for each day, confident that He is with me all the time.

This week we have a new challenge for you at Rop/ BnW challenge blog, and this time we had Susan deciding what will be our challenge. She chose a colour theme for us:

Pink, Yellow and Orange

I was really challenged this time, and I didn't know what papers I was going to use. Then I saw these papers, and even though the main colours are yellow and pink, but then on the inside I aded some orange-y embellishments.

I used this gorgeous stamp from BnW, Tea Time.. but for me it is coffee time, because I don't drink ant tea :) I coloured Belle with Copics, but the background was done with Broken China Distress ink. This gorgeous image, together with many more, can be purchased here.

I added a couple of rhinestone brads on my nestie die cut. This cutting was sent to me by Sheila, thank you sweetie! Speaking of Sheila, have you seen her latest princess card?? She has really blown me away this time. Go and have a peep here! You must see it!!

The cute sentiment is from Paulette. She has the most lovely, funny and cute sentiments, and I really loved browsing through her Blog yesterday!

Isn't it darling?! :) Most of us are coffee sippers, so I found it amusing! You will surely see more of Paulette's sentiments on my cards now ;)

I followed Friday Sketcher's sketch for my card, and instead of the half circles, I added the sentiment on one side, and on the other I created a flower arrangment, made of flowers in my stash.

Papers were also in m stash, I think they were from Provocraft. The loops on the sides are done using a Martha Stewart punch. Square Rhinestones are from Basic Grey.

This is the inside panel. I added some light orange flowers (the colour doesn't really show in the photo), and orange dewdrops; and so I used all three colours here :)

The challenges I will enter this card in are:

Friday Sketchers: Sketch
KLSNS Challenge: Inside Out Challenge

I hope you join us in the fun, remember that you have to use Stamps that can be found in Summer's ROP/BnW Stores, but otherwise you can combine this challenge with what challenges you want. Have a lovely week my friend.. and thank you for any encocuraging comment you may leave!

Smiles!!

Thanks for looking

You are such a sweetie!! I have a true addiction to Chai Tea..so this made me run out to my kitchen and make myself a cup (ok, so maybe a pot). Ok...back! LOL I think this is one of my favorite Bnw's image! You gotta love me...I love your coloring so much, that I have to enlarge it so I can see every little stroke. IT'S ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!
