A big congratulations for all you Spanish, and those who support the Spanish team for the World Cup victory :) Lovely World Cup competition, except some cruel fouls!
Over at Belles 'nd Whistles we have a new challenge for you today. It is our lovely Jacque's turn to challenge us, and she gave us a wonderful sketch to work out.
I loved working on it. Today I used my new Sweet Dreams stamp for this challenge, and I turned it into a Baby Girl card. I used Two Scoops Basic Grey paper (the background paper with the angels on), and the other piece is from my scrap folder. I coloured the image with Copics, on Neenah Solar White. I love the smoothness of this paper, Copics work out really well on it.
I paper pieced the nappy pants, and then added shading with Copics for more dimension. The lace-y heart behind the image was in my stash, and I added a bow with pearls sewn on top for some more delicate feel to the card.
Then a generous flower treatment, seasoned with Pearl Glimmer mist, and a pink flower button with a mini Basic Grey white button on top.
The lace, striped ribbon and pearls were also in my stash.
I do so hope you will join us in the fun, and that you check both our BW blog to see who won last week's lovely prize, and get inspired by the lovely DT creations done.
I will enter this sweet babe for the FIRST Wild Orchid Challenge: say it with Flowers
